Long before the titles, the global mentorship platform, and the deep peace I carry today, my internal landscape was defined by struggle and chronic pain. I was an anxious child, and by my teenage years, depression had joined the mix. Despite my struggles, I earned a scholarship to attend music school. Unfortunately, by the time I headed to college, I also had a mind stuck in self-loathing that drove me to give up my scholarship and walk away from my musical career just short of graduation. My brain had become an expert at keeping chronic emotional pain alive, and at twenty-one, that internal turmoil manifested physically when I severely injured my hip overstretching in a dance class. That day, my mental and physical trauma melded into one colossal, painful reality.
For three years, I searched for answers, moving from one doctor to another. Eventually, I was told that nothing could be done and that I was guaranteed to suffer from severe arthritis as I aged. To a twenty-four-year-old dancer, that diagnosis felt like a death sentence.
Desperate for a way out, I stepped onto a yoga mat. It was my first breakthrough, and it became the foundation for healing my life.
I realized that unhelpful patterns from the past kept pulling me back into the dark and reinforcing my chronic pain. Inspired by the relief I experienced in yoga, I sought out more healing support from talented therapists and bodyworkers. Ultimately, I arrived at a realization: the nervous system is the driver of all our experiences—all joy and pain. Fortunately, in 1988, the modern neuroscience movement was born, and I went all in.
Discovering neuroplasticity—the truth that the brain is completely changeable—everything clicked. I learned how to use my marvelous nervous system to manifest mental and physical health alongside an abundant, purposeful life. I dedicated the next four decades to deep study: becoming a devoted disciple of Yogini Kali Ray, an advanced TriYoga® teacher, and a passionate Gita Chanter. Recently, I earned my PhD in Spiritual Science from the Yoga University of the Americas, exploring the intersection of ancient Vedic wisdom and neuroscience. Today, I am also deeply humbled to serve as the US Representative for the Global Yoga Institute for Peace and Prosperity (GYIPP).
True manifestation isn’t about wishing for a better life while your nervous system is stuck in survival mode; it is a biological and energetic alignment. When you unlearn the old patterns of the mind and body, you stop broadcasting the frequency of struggle and lack; you start resonating the frequency of a conscious creator.
As a manifestation mentor and scholar, I bridge the gap between academic depth and the art of frequency. Whether you are here to manifest a six-figure month, unlock vibrant health, or step into deep joy, you do not have to choose between logic and magic. You are meant to command both.
